Hawaiian Ahi (Bigeye Tuna) Ultra is the very best grade of fresh Ahi available in the world. The meat is translucent and brilliant red. Japan Salt Ponzu from Kochi prefecture has a refreshing aroma and sourness of yuzu juice. A well-balanced mixture of vinegar and soup stock is blended with traditional sea salt from Izu Oshima and Hiragama for a mild salty compliment to any fish applicatioin.

Hokkaido Japan rice is a unique, selected  strain curated by specialty rice farmers, intended for the extreme high class sushi bars in Tokyo. The grains, are held whole, intact and then milled in Honolulu just before shipping.
