Shipping  schedule is listed below. We have set these times to coordinate with the opening of the Honolulu Fish Auction and shipping deadlines established by our carriers. This way your fish goes from the boat to your door overnight (depending on your location) and stays fresh in our custom packaging. Signature Policy

To ensure your fish is delivered on the first attempt we strongly recommend you use a business or home address where a person at least 18 years of age can sign for the package. Packages cannot be delivered to a post office box. 

Return Policy

At HonoluluFish.com 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. We value your opinions and encourage your communication with us. We want to make sure that any problems are taken care of as soon as possible. If you suspect your fish purchase has a quality issue, please do not eat it. Please repack the fish in original box, and email us at customerservice@honolulufish.com , or call us toll-free at 888.475.6244 to arrange the pick-up and return of the fish for inspection. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a replacement of the same fish (if it is available) or we will refund you the cost of that fish purchase net. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt to confirm accuracy. If your order is wrong please contact our customer service department within 3 days at 888.475.6244 to arrange the return and replacement as well.

Insurance

Your package is automatically insured against shipping damage up to $100. If you would like to insure your package for more than $100, please contact us.
