How We Ship Fish


  • If you haven't done so already, sign up for an account by clicking on the 'Sign Up' button in the top navigation bar. ------
  • Make selections by entering the desired weight and clicking on 'Add To Cart' buttons located on each product page.
  • This will take you to our 'Shopping Cart' page where you can add/delete weight or remove items from the cart. From here, you will have the option to check out or to continue shopping.
  • When ready to check out, click on your preferred payment type at the bottom of the shopping cart page (or click on the 'View Cart' link in the upper navigation bar to return to the Shopping Cart from any page).
  • On the Ordering Information page, fill in your billing and shipping information, payment information, comments and special instructions where indicated.
  • In the ‘Contact Information’ section enter your contact information, along with the other required information.
  • After providing the required information, click the button labeled 'Place Order' at the bottom of the page.
  • We use encrypted software to securely accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
  • If you encounter problems placing an order, please contact customer service at 1-888-475-6244 Monday-Friday 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. HST (closed Saturday, Sunday)

We welcome American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
